Supreme Court dismisses challenge to the Criminal Procedure (Identification) Act, 2022

We challenged the constitutionality of the Criminal Procedure (Identification) Act, 2022, on the ground that it raises serious concerns around privacy and data protection. The Supreme Court dismissed the petition and directed us to approach the High Court instead.
